The Trimo Architectural Awards Competition is a competition for the best architectural solutions implemented in a unique, daring, and innovative way, and also respond to the needs of the environment and the market. Architects, building designers, and their partners can apply for the competition with projects that are partially or entirely constructed with Trimo products.
This year the competition has a new feature in the form of a new category called “Future Dreams Award”, which stresses the importance of new conceptual architectural solutions in steel construction. The purpose of the award is to encourage architects as agents of progressive change to present their visions and their reactions to constantly changing surroundings.
“The Future Dreams Award category, which marks a new phase in the development for Trimo Architectural Awards, encourages architects to think about what defines a vision of sustainable development and also stimulates them to present their bold ideas. Through their projects creators of new ideas can show how they adapt to changes in the environment, society, and the economy by including design, intellect, intuition, and economic solutions,” said the President of the jury for Trimo Architectural Awards Tadej Glažar, MA, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Architecture in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The evaluation committee will distribute the award fund worth 30,000 Euros between chosen applied candidates whose works will surpass the limits of what we have already seen, was already created or already achieved. According to the international jury the best will receive an international recognition along with the cash prize, as well as a series of new opportunities and ideas.
